Learn more about a major in Asian & Middle Eastern studiesAll liberal arts degrees help CLA students develop their Core Career Competencies, and Asian & Middle Eastern studies majors develop specific skills that are applicable to lots of different careers. These skills include adeptness with different languages and cultures, strong cross-cultural knowledge and understanding, and the ability to work well with diverse groups.
