Jason Tham's article published in Technical Communication

Jason Tham just published an article in Technical Communication. It is a report from his continued study of mediated interactivity. This article reviews existing definitions of interactivity, devises new dimensions of interactivity for immersive environments, and proposes guidelines for technical communicators engaged in immersive experience design. Tham would like to especially thank fellow graduate student Jeremy Rosselot-Merritt for his helpful comments in the early stages of this publication.
