Now Hiring: Office Manager
We are hiring an Office Manager (Job Code 1885, AFSCME) who will support work in Writing Studies and Communication Studies (50% time in each department). This is a 100%-time, 12-month position, which is in person with some hybrid flexibility. The Office Manager will support day-to-day operations and provide administrative and instructional support to the faculty, staff, and students in the Departments of Writing Studies and Communication Studies. They will oversee and provide coordination for academic and departmental functions such as hiring processes, course data entry, event planning, and general office coverage. This work requires a high level of self-direction, organization, collaborative effort, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow.
