Kristina Halvorson is an expert in all things content strategy – she is the CEO and founder of Brain Traffic, a content strategy consultancy; author of Content Strategy for the Web, a book critical to understanding the field of content strategy; host of The Content Strategy Podcast; and founder of both Confab and Button conferences, which are dedicated to content strategy, content design, and UX writing. Kristina will share how she understands content strategy, how it is connected to technical communication and UX, and how to develop the mindset needed to become a successful content strategist.
