Why did you choose to major in English?

I have always loved to read, and it is my dream to become an editor after graduating.

Are you pursuing any majors, minors, internships, or interests outside your English major?

I have studied Korean for the last five years and am considering teaching English there for a time. I enjoy learning about different languages, and I believe that they help me to understand the English language better in the process.

What is a favorite book you read for an English class?

I think my current favorite would have to be Middlemarch by George Eliot.

What English courses would you recommend?

“Victorian Literatures & Cultures” and “Children’s Literature.”

What is your favorite thing about English's home?

My favorite thing about Pillsbury Hall is its location on campus.
