Colloquium: Spring 2024 Schedule
The Spring 2024 Colloquium series launches Friday, January 26, 2024, and will feature a mix of in person, remote and hybrid events. There are two ways to receive details and (if applicable) virtual meeting information:
- Sign up for the Colloquium listserv: you will receive an email about every event, including virtual meeting information when the event is remote or hybrid
- Request to receive information for the next upcoming event only

- February 9, 2024: Holman Tse, Assistant Professor of Language Studies, Dept. of Literature, Language, and Writing at St. Catherine University, presentation is in person or remote
- February 16, 2024: Diti Bhadra, Assistant Professor of Linguistics, University of Minnesota, a Professional Development: a conference abstract writing workshop for graduate students
- February 23, 2024: Jean-Phillipe Marcotte, Contract Assistant Professor of Linguistics, University of Minnesota, an event for undergraduate students
- March 15, 2024: Diti Bhadra, Assistant Professor of Linguistics, University of Minnesota, a Professional Development event: Academic Writing in LaTeX, an introduction to the system and the code
- March 22, 2024: Sarah Murray, Associate Professor, Department of Linguistics, Cornell University
- April 4, 2024: Mskwaankwad Rice, PhD Candidate in Linguistics, University of Minnesota
- April 12, 2024: Institute of Linguistics, University of Minnesota, MA and Honors presentations
