My research focuses on the interactions between humans, the environment, and spatial accessibility. I am interested in how people's access to healthcare and food are influenced by climate change and a lack of infrastructure in rural developing countries. The focus of my dissertation research is on healthcare utilization rates in Kenya and how they are influenced by driving and walking travel time.
