How You Can Help
The wellbeing of our students is always our top priority. For students forced to adapt quickly to new learning realities and new financial circumstances in the face of COVID-19, the impact is significant and immediate, especially those who already face financial insecurity.
The College of Liberal Arts is focusing our fundraising efforts on ensuring all of our students have access to housing, food, tuition relief, mental health services, and transportation. If you’re able to help, please consider a gift to the CLA Student Emergency Support Fund. Thank you. Our students are fortunate to have you in their corner.
The Transformative Impact of Giving

Sociology undergraduate Atosha Rypa uses spoken word to bring awareness to social issues, tell her story, and inspire others.

Spark Innovation & Collaboration
As we partner across the University to address the world’s great challenges, your gifts for new Innovation Funds will give us flexibility to adapt to changing times, evolving issues, and immediate concerns. In recent years we have provided pilot funding to launch interdisciplinary research programs, develop an applied statistics institute, introduce a special grant program for associate professors, and test new models of internship support. A steady and sizable pool of investment resources will allow us to continue supporting this kind of measurable experimentation, innovation, and testing of new ideas.
