Join us to learn how to use ArcGIS StoryMaps, a powerful tool that helps researchers preserve, transform, and effectively share their work with the public. Led by Nou-Chee Chang, a graduate candidate in the Communication Studies Department, this skillshare introduces the basics of StoryMaps, how to get started, and highlights creative approaches for presenting research in engaging and accessible ways. StoryMaps is useful for teaching and increasingly influential in digital exhibits. This skillshare will highlight the use of StoryMaps in migration studies, but is open to graduate students from all disciplines.
Following the event, those who wish to can join us at the RIDGS Year-End Event from 3-5pm at the Campus Club.
