Programs at The Hub
Hub programs support and sustain community-university collaboration. The Hub offers both funded award programs that support collaborative projects and research, as well as a variety of workshops that are open to the public. Our programs are designed to co-create knowledge, build long-term connections, and make University resources accessible to members of the public.
Graduate Student Summer Internship Program
Applications Closed
Grounded Knowledge is a graduate student summer internship program rooted in communities of struggle to animate dynamic knowledge production, or the humanities in action, to reimagine academic training. This internship program intentionally builds on existing partnerships between The Hub and four community organizations.
Hub Workshops
Hub workshops are centered around techniques and best practices for community-engaged humanities work. Always open to the public, these workshops are designed to bring together University and community members who are interested or already deeply engaged in humanities-based, community-collaborative projects.
Community Connect Newsletter
The Hub’s biweekly newsletter amplifies community-engaged events and opportunities.
