Interdisciplinary Graduate Group

The Interdisciplinary Graduate Group in Moving Image Studies is a cohort of faculty and graduate students from various departments engaged in moving image studies. It provides a group study forum, film and television screenings, readings and discussion of new works, and collaborations with local resources including The Film Society of Minneapolis/St. Paul and the Walker Art Center. The MIMS Interdisciplinary Graduate Group complements the new minor and provides an ongoing structure for students and faculty to explore and develop interdisciplinary research projects.
