Leah Chamberlain

Leah Chamberlain serves as the Chief Student Success Officer (CSSO) in the College of Liberal Arts (CLA) at the University of Minnesota. As a member of the Dean’s Cabinet, she provides strategic and operational leadership for all areas of undergraduate student success in CLA. In her role, Leah oversees a team of professional staff and directors, leads efforts to create a comprehensive, inclusive, and connected student success ecosystem that supports more than 12,000 undergraduate students from admission through graduation, and works across the college and campus to strengthen partnerships that promote student persistence, wellbeing, and achievement.
