I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Minnesota’s Philosophy department and ICGC scholar. Before joining UMN I earned my MA in Philosophy at University of Tartu and B.S. in Computer Engineering at Qatar University.
My research focuses on topics in feminist and social epistemology, philosophy of language, and feminist philosophy. My MA thesis provides a detailed taxonomy of testimonial smothering and discusses ways in which oppressed speakers can contribute to conversations in which they are oppressed.
