Laura Moyneur is a PhD student in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese Studies at the University of Minnesota. Her research involves twentieth-century Latin-American testimonios and addresses questions of memory, identity, and justice during and after Argentina’s dictatorship from 1974 to 1983. Before this, she completed her undergraduate studies in Spanish at Saint Louis University’s campus in Madrid, Spain. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in 2020, she moved to Asunción, Paraguay where she was an English Teaching Assistant for the Fulbright US Student Program.
 
Laura Moyneur es estudiante de doctorado del Departamento de Estudios del Español y Portugués en la Universidad de Minnesota. Su investigación aborda testimonios latinoamericanos del siglo XX e involucra cuestiones de memoria, identidad y justicia durante y después de la dictadura en Argentina de 1974 a 1983. Antes de su trabajo doctoral, completó sus estudios de pregrado en español en el campus de la Universidad de Saint Louis en Madrid, España. Después de recibir su licenciatura en 2020, aceptó una beca para ser asistente de enseñanza de inglés para el programa Fulbright en Asunción, Paraguay.
