Former Artistic Director of History Theatre - 1995 - 2022.  Ron commissioned over 100 new plays and musicals.  Also, the AD for the Minnesota Festival Theatre in Albert Lea, MN 1988 - 1995.  Directed at Mixed Blood Theatre, Minnesota Opera, Pennsylvania Opera Theater, The Old Creamery Theatre, Florida Stage, Riverside Theater in Vero Beach and other theaters.
