Allison Vincent is a writer, teacher, and theater maker. A proud alumna, she is a teaching specialist in the First Year Writing Program and has taught in the Theatre Arts and Dance department as a lecturer. Prior to working at the University, she served as a high school English teacher with Minneapolis Public Schools for ten years. In addition to performing and directing for the stage, Allison is a co-artistic director and founding member of Transatlantic Love Affair, a teaching artist at the Guthrie Theater and the Loft Literary Center, a 2022 Pillsbury House + Theater Naked Stages Fellow, and has collaborated as a writer on over twenty produced scripts and published short fiction as a solo writer in various literary magazines.
