CGES offers a variety of funding opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students and faculty at the University of Minnesota and beyond. 

• The Hella Mears Summer Research Fellowships in German & European Studies provides $6,000 fellowship summer funding to conduct dissertation research for advanced graduate students in the College of Liberal Arts, who specialize in German & European studies.
• European Immersion Grants for graduate students in German & European studies seeking to study or research at European universities.
