Youth Programs
Minnesota Writing Project youth programs celebrate young people as creators and authors. We focus on creating fun and meaningful experiences that build the confidence of writers while teaching them skills that apply both to their writing and beyond. Whether your young person is a confident writer or has reservations about anything to do with reading and writing, there is a place for them in our programs.
Summer Camps
Minnesota Writing Project Young Writers Camps are for young writers entering grades 3-8 in the fall of 2024. These young writers will be led in activities by our Project Fellows and experienced instructors for daily writing exercises around the University's campus, which they will explore as they forge new friendships.
