Learning Abroad

The Learning Abroad Center has information on programs specifically for African American and African studies majors.

Study, work, internships, and volunteer experiences abroad can add a new perspective to your time here at the University and enrich your major or minor in African American and African studies.

If you have foreign language capabilities in French, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or another African langauge, please consider programs taught in that language. You can study abroad at anytime during your undergraduate career. Preparation and planning is needed to succesfully complete requirements for your major and degree. Meet with your academic advisor as you plan to study abroad.
