Andrea J DuCane
Andrea Du Cane began her journey in movement starting with ballet and jazz dance. She deepened her understanding of movement through martial arts training and Tai Chi. Martial arts and dance led her toward Pilates and kettlebell training for the health benefits of dancers. In 2000, Andrea found a way to use her skill as an instructor and passion for movement with Argentine tango dancing. She has studied with top international tango teachers and performers and has taught Argentine tango in the Twin Cities for more than 15 years. She is a regular contributor to health and fitness magazines and has written and produced books and DVDs for the health & fitness industry.
