Elena Auer

Elena Auer is a doctoral student at the University of Minnesota working in the TNT Lab under Dr. Richard Landers. Her research interests include the use of innovative technology in selection and methodology. She is particularly interested in natural language processing, machine learning, big data analytics, automatic interview/resume scoring, gamification, and game-based assessment.
