Nora Jenneman is a student services professional, arts administrator, performer, and dance devotee. She has been on staff in the University of Minnesota’s Dance Program since 2000. Nora received a College of Liberal Arts Outstanding Service Award 2002-2003 and participated in the 2019 College of Liberal Arts Administrative Leadership Program. As Dance Program Coordinator, Nora manages the Sage Cowles Land Grant Chair Visiting Artist and Scholar program. She also serves as Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies in Dance coordinating Dance Program advising, curriculum, outreach and recruitment, auditions and scholarships. Nora danced professionally with Paula Mann’s Time Track Productions from 2002 - 2007, as well as other various independent artists. Nora is currently a collaborative member of Wailing Babies, a collective that works together in the spirit of responsiveness to each other and their environments. Her service work includes Minnesota SAGE Dance Awards panels, Minnesota State Arts Board panels and the Arts Advisory Council for the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists High School, as well as numerous departmental and collegiate committees at the University of Minnesota. In her spare time she loves to bake and spend time in nature with her family.
