Vera Lindh

Vera is a first-year Ph.D. student in the Psychology department (CAB area), co-advised by Dr. Cheryl Olman and Dr. Stephen Engel. They are interested in understanding visual perception with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and mathematical modeling. She is also passionate about open science and reproducibility in psychology.

In May 2026, Vera earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Integrative Neuroscience and Statistics from the University of Minnesota. During her undergraduate years, she worked in the Psychology Undergraduate Advising Office as a Peer Advisor and Student Office Assistant. In her free time, Vera likes to jam on her guitar, play video games, go for long runs, and attend concerts in the cities.
