Holley Locher, PhD is the chief of staff in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota. She earned both a masters and doctoral degree from the University of Minnesota in higher education policy and administration. Dr. Locher’s research interests focus on academic freedom and tenure, and their intersection with faculty social identity, in addition to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education more broadly. Her professional expertise includes administrative leadership, strategy, governance, DEI, and communications.
