My research program broadly covers personality, identity, and measurement. In particular, I am interested in (1) personality structure and hierarchy, change and consistency, whole trait theory; (2) multiple identities and integration, exploration processes, adjustment to changing perception of self and master narratives; (3) response styles, latent trait theory, and measurement invariance across time, situations, languages, and informants. ***I am actively looking for undergraduate research assistants.***
