LC Professional Development Survey

Jones Hall

As we continue to navigate the changing landscape of post-pandemic teaching, the Language Center reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture of continuous professional growth for language educators, recognizing the incredible value that each member of our community brings and the impact of their contributions.

We are pleased to invite input from language faculty, graduate students, and staff to determine topics of interest for professional development sessions. As you finish up the Fall semester, please consider sharing with us areas and topics that could enhance your teaching and courses. You are particularly encouraged to share your ideas for topics or areas that represent challenges that could be addressed collectively.

How can you contribute?
We invite you to share your expertise, ideas, and challenges by selecting and proposing topics or themes for professional development sessions. Whether it's exploring new teaching methodologies, taking a deep dive on known approaches, incorporating technology into the language classroom, or addressing the evolving needs of our diverse student body, your input is crucial!

Complete this short survey by Friday, December 22, 2023. Responses are kept anonymous. However, x500 are needed to access the survey.

Why contribute?
Your input is pivotal in shaping our professional development programming which can help enhance the learning experience and opportunities for success for instructors and students.

In addition the survey provides an opportunity to register interest in helping plan and organize sessions. Graduate students looking for additional leadership opportunities may be particularly interested in this option.

We look forward to your engagement and contributions!
