Tip of the Day: Presenting HyFlex with Confidence

Vines in Fall on the East Bank

The Tip of the Day team have completed a series on projection systems and screen sharing.

As the number of computer screen set-ups at home and in the classroom as well as the different audiences we may be interacting with at any given time have increased in recent years, so has the confusion and perhaps frustration in making sure we are sharing the right content for the right audience. We begin with a primer on the difference between mirrored or extended displays and how to change the display settings. Then we offer a simple solution for ensuring that the classroom audience and the remote audience see the same content. In our third and fourth posts in the series, we turn to the specific use cases of Powerpoint and Google Slides and how to successfully use the Presenter View while sharing both in the classroom and in Zoom.
