Media and Equipment – Drop it off or pick it up!

Have you signed up to receive a headset with a microphone? Do you have DVDs or other physical media that requires digitization in LC Elevator? Concerned about having to enter Jones Hall via your UCard and looking for a simpler option?

Sign up for a drop off or pick up day!

Sign up by Friday, August 14, 2020, and our staff will be prepared to distribute your headset or accept your films outside of Jones Hall. Signing up for a date does not replace the need for filling out either the headset request form or the LC Elevator digitization request form.

For films: please review the Libraries Fair Use resources, and use its Fair Use tool before you decide to request a new film to be digitized or assign a digitized film to students. You can also check out the Libraries guide for licensed and cost free options or search the online catalog.

Once films are added to Elevator, make it easy for your students to find them with the Canvas / Elevator integration.
