TandemPlus Spanish Learner Volunteer Opportunity – Summer Mexico Exchange

Calling all Spanish learners!

TandemPlus invites you to volunteer for a Spanish-English exchange with Spanish speakers in Mexico through the US Department of State’s English Access Microscholarship Program. There are approximately 100 students in this program throughout Mexico that will participate in three English-Spanish sessions between the dates of July 13 and August 13, 2020.

Participating in the exchange is voluntary and open to participants of the Face-to-Face TandemPlus program and other Spanish learners. Participants will be expected to participate in three one-hour sessions with their partner, half of the time speaking in English and half of the time in Spanish. For the conversations, partners can choose a topic of their own or follow conversation topic guides provided by TandemPlus.
