TandemPlus Spring 2019 Begins!
The TandemPlus Language and Cultural exchange program is officially open for the Spring 2019 semester! Interested in practicing the language you’re learning with a native speaker? Eager to share your own language and culture with someone else? TandemPlus offers you the opportunity to seek a language partner with whom to practice for the duration of the semester – your partner learning the language you speak natively, and you learning the language they speak natively, to the benefit of each person. All languages are welcome. Best of all, it’s free.
To register, visit our website, tandemplus.umn.edu and select the “My Account” tab in the top right-hand corner. From there, you can register with either your UMN Internet ID, or a personal email account and fill out a profile (this takes 5 - 10 minutes). After more have joined the program within the first month, you can start to search for your own language partner, and the TandemPlus team will continue to search for a match for you throughout the semester.
