Alumni James DeVoll and Paula Gudmundson Perform at 2018 National Flute Association Convention

James DeVoll (DMA, flute, student of Julia Bogard-Kogan) and Paula Gudmundson (DMA 2012, flute, student of Immanuel Davis) will perform the Fantasia Mexicana by Samuel Zyman at the 2018 National Flute Association Convention in Orlando, FL on August 11, 2018 in a concert titled Dedicated to Diversity, sponsored by the Cultural Outreach Committee. Performers include Valerie Coleman, Sonora Slocum, James Devoll, Jennifer Grim, Eileen Grycky, Paula Gudmundson, and Caen Thomason-Redu and features works by Valerie Coleman, Tania Leon, Gabriela Lena Frank, Adolphus Hailstork, Yusef Lateef, and Samuel Zyman.
