Justin Patch (BM 1999, jazz studies/guitar, student of James Macguire and Ronald McCurdy) is assistant professor of music at Vassar College where he has taught since 2012. His book, Discordant Democracy: Noise, Affect, Populism and the Presidential Campaign, was just published by Routledge Press.
