Student Joan Wallace Presents Research at National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy and More
Joan Wallace (DMA, piano, student of Paul Shaw) was selected to present a research poster session at the biennial National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy held in Chicago this July. Wallace will present on the psychology of boredom and achievement in music students, identifying boredom coping strategies, and creating pedagogically effective solutions to help with student achievement. She will also this research at the Minnesota Music Teachers Association Convention in June.
