Graduate Minor

The Graduate Minor in Race, Indigeneity, Disability, Gender, and Sexuality (RIDGS) offers graduate students a critical, interdisciplinary framework for analyzing how categories like race, indigeneity, gender, and disability intersect and shape systems of power and inequality. Designed to complement any graduate program, RIDGS emphasizes transnational, comparative, and relational approaches to social justice scholarship.

Critical Race & Ethnic Studies Graduate Student Writing Group

The Critical Race & Ethnic Studies (CRES) Graduate Student Writing Group offers an interdisciplinary space for graduate students to engage deeply with U.S. race and ethnic studies. Through bi-weekly writing exchanges, mentorship, and collaborative events, CRES supports scholars working across race, gender, sexuality, and disability studies in developing their research, writing, and professional skills.
