Introducing Jeremy Terry, Executive Office and Administrative Specialist

Jeremy comes to the University from the East Coast. Though he grew up in Maryland, he and his partner were located in New York City for seven years before relocating to the Twin Cities in 2021.

After earning an undergraduate degree in psychology, he began administrative work in arts and entertainment, focusing primarily on theatre and nonprofit organizations, before receiving his master's in arts administration from Drexel University. Jeremy has worked for several organizations and smaller independent theatres, most recently serving as the managing director for IndieWorks Theatre Company. This year, he sought an administrative environment with a less hectic schedule than is typical in the world of arts, and is pleased and excited to start this new venture at the University of Minnesota. 

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys attending the theatre, other arts events, and spending time with his partner and Palpatine, their very grumpy cat.
