Laura graduated from the University of Minnesota Morris in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services. After working as a peer mentor for both TRiO SSS and the McNair Scholars Program during her undergraduate career at Morris, she began to work in the Department of Psychology as a Psychology Student Services Engagement Specialist in November 2022. Laura is very excited to be part of the team in the Department of Psychology, as well as working with and supporting psychology students.
Laura is motivated to create a safe and inclusive place for all students. She strives to make students feel welcomed and supported within the University by providing on and off-campus resources, engaging in conversations regarding academic and career goals, and making sure students are practicing self-care.
