I received my PhD in Psychology (Quantitative and Psychometric Methods) from the University of Minnesota in 2022. My research focused on test fairness, latent variable modeling (e.g., factor analysis, item response theory), and measurement of change. While in graduate school, I served in numerous service positions to improve students’ graduate experiences. My interests in program coordination and inclusive academic spaces led me to my current position as Graduate Programs Coordinator of the Department of Writing Studies. I manage our department's research and professional graduate programs while prioritizing accessibility, uncovering the “hidden curriculum,” and celebrating different career paths.
