The Center for Austrian Studies Now Accepting 2023 Book Prize Submissions

Eligibility: Books published between January 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2022 are eligible for submission. Eligible works may be from any discipline in the humanities, social sciences, or fine arts. The subject matter may deal with contemporary Austria, Austria’s relationship with Central Europe and the European Union, or the history, society, and culture of lands and peoples in Central and Eastern Europe with links to the former Habsburg Empire. 

Please note: The language of the publication must be English. Multi-authored studies or multi-author collections of essays are not eligible for this competition.
