Zoom Rooms & Other Spaces for Students

Students enrolled in a class that meets remotely (either temporarily or for the semester) and need a private space to attend class may request a small room in Jones. Instructors can also submit requests on behalf of their class.

There are four small rooms available that accommodate between one and eight people, including two Zoom Rooms. The walk-in Multimedia Lab is available for students who prefer a more open environment. All computer stations include headsets, and silence is not required.

Spaces are available Monday –Thursday, 8:00 –  4:30 pm and Friday, 8:00 – 4:00 pm. Check small room availability and submit a request at z.umn.edu/LCRR.
