Language Center Jones Small Rooms
The Language Center now features a Zoom Room among its small room offerings, but for the first part of Fall 2019 at least, Jones 21 will be unavailable for reservations until noise and heat issues that arose from the Office of Information Technology’s network upgrade can be resolved. Here is the current list of our reservable small rooms:
- Jones 105A: Equipped with a small rectangular table for two, video conferencing technology and a monitor. Recommended for one-on-one tests and video conferencing. Note: this is the only small room without a window.
- Jones 110D: Equipped with an oval table for four, video conferencing technology and a monitor. Recommended for one-on-one tests and video conferencing.
- Jones 127A: A Zoom Room equipped with flexible seating for up to seven, a large monitor, and web conferencing equipment. Recommended for Zoom web conferencing. Note: reservation priority is given to video conferencing.
- Jones 135B: Equipped with a conference table for seven, video conferencing technology and a large monitor. Recommended for student group work and video conferencing. Note: reservation priority is given for video conferencing and student use.
