With Regents Approval Pillsbury Hall Plans Move to Next Phase

Stone version of the University of Minnesota Regents seal

At the February 8th meeting of the Board of Regents unanimously approved the Finance & Operations Committee Consent Report, which included approval of schematic designs for the Pillsbury Hall Renovation capital project.

With this approval, the Pillsbury Hall Renovation project moves from the schematic design phase to the design development phase.

There are four standard phases of design for any University capital project: predesign, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.

We're excited to see the project move forward on schedule and on budget.
