I am a PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of Minnesota, expected to graduate in May 2027. My research centers on how increased gender representation shapes the judicial branch, with a broader interest in how institutions, impact the lives of people navigating the legal system. Through my doctoral training in American Politics and Political Methodology, I have built a strong foundation in quantitative, qualitative, and observational research methods, including OLS, MLE, and game theory. I am looking to carry these skills into professional roles outside academia, where rigorous analysis can drive meaningful work in gender policy, advocacy, and program evaluation. I am particularly interested in evaluation work that connects research findings to policy outcomes and organizational decision-making. I am actively seeking post-graduation opportunities where my analytical background meets gender-focused policy research, advocacy, or program evaluation.
Outside of my studies, I coach a local high school mock trial team, reflecting both my commitment to civic engagement and my ability to translate complex ideas for a wide range of audiences.
