Mary joined the University of Minnesota community in March of 2015.
Prior to working in higher education she had stints as a fundraiser/event coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and was the assistant women's basketball coach for the DI University of Wisconsin Green-Bay women's basketball team. She has been working in an advising capacity for the last 10+ years.
Mary says, "When I went to college I did not know a single person and was a daunting 5 hours from home. I know the transition to college isn't always easy. This is why I am a strong supporter of student involvement. I love challenging and encouraging students to get involved and to take advantage of the plethora of opportunities Minnesota offers. The more involved a student is the more memorable their college experience can be."
