Revised Mask Protocol: Language Center in Jones Hall

Beginning March 21, 2022, the University of Minnesota implemented an updated face mask protocol. In response the Language Center has updated the protocol for the spaces in Jones Hall:

• Masks are required in the four classrooms: Jones 10, 15, 30 and 35. 
• Masks are required in the small rooms: Jones 105A, 110D, 127A, 135B, 137A, when they are functioning as a classroom and used by more than one person at a time.
• Masks are required in the Multimedia Lab Jones 135 exclusively when the room is being used as a classroom or group testing location. When it serves as an open lab and study space (its primary function), masks are not required.

In other spaces and circumstances, masks are no longer required, but the Language Center supports those who continue to wear masks, and will continue to provide masks by request in Jones 5 and 110.
