Spring 2024: Room Reservation Requests – Now with a new space!
The Language Center will begin entering reservation requests for classrooms, small rooms and more for the coming semester on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. You may submit your reservation requests now and they will be held until that date.
Room reservation requests can be made online at z.umn.edu/LCRR (Language Center Room Request). Instructors requesting more than 15 dates or with a complicated meeting pattern may upload a Google Spreadsheet or other document through the online request form. Please see our room reservation policies before you submit your requests.
We are accepting reservation requests for the following spaces:
- Four Computer Classrooms: Jones 10, 15, 30 and 35, which accommodate between 25 and 30 students
- Four Small Rooms: Jones 105A, 110D, 127A and 135B, which accommodate between 1 and 8 students
- Multimedia Lab & Student Lounge: Jones 135, a flexible space that is now available for conversation and reading groups and special events
Checkout equipment may be requested at z.umn.edu/LCPP (Language Center Patron Portal). Please review Language Center checkout policies, and the instructions & FAQ for using the portal before you submit an equipment request.
