ElsieTalk E-Newsletter
ElsieTalk is the weekly Language Center e-newsletter. The primary audience is University of Minnesota language instructors and faculty, instructors in training, and advisors, but the newsletter is open to everyone. ElsieTalk features:
- News about or relevant to Language Center programs, projects, resources, events, and staff
- Intersections between languages and technology
- Scholarship, awards, and other good news about University of Minnesota language, linguistics and culture programs and people
- Currently relevant events and topics

Do you have news or an event to share?
You can request that the Language Center promote it in a future edition of ElsieTalk. ElsieTalk is sent on Monday mornings. Please submit the form least five days in advance of the next issue. When classes are in session, we send ElsieTalk every week, but the schedule may vary over summers and break periods. We can not guarantee that all news or events submitted through the form will be added.
