We highly encourage our philosophy students to consider studying, working, interning, or volunteering abroad for a portion of their undergraduate studies. Study abroad offers students rewarding cultural and educational experiences, and can introduce first-hand cultural experiences and new perspectives on the world. Many students report study abroad as the highlight of their college career. We urge you to take advantage of one or more of the hundreds of opportunities available worldwide through the Learning Abroad Center.

There are many programs and universities that are already approved by the University of Minnesota for study abroad. Take the first step toward studying abroad by attending a First Step Session with the Learning Abroad Center.
