Learning Abroad

Start planning your trip

Make an appointment with your undergraduate advisor.

Coordinate your First Step session and a visit with the learning abroad advisors.

We encourage you to consider learning abroad to enrich your education. Find general learning abroad information—including available programs, advising, financial aid and scholarships, policies and procedures, and application materials—at the Learning Abroad Center. There are a variety of abroad programs that take place throughout the year, so you can find a program that works best for you and your degree.

Plan out your favorite learning abroad opportunities with your undergraduate advisor ahead of time. Early planning and systematic consultation with both statistics and Learning Abroad Center advisors is key to assuring you:

  • find the right program for you
  • meet application or scholarship deadlines
  • apply appropriate courses taken abroad to your major/minor and/or liberal education requirements

Statistics majors may find useful study abroad advice on Learning Abroad Center's statistical practice page.
