Tim Gustafson: New Interim Director of the Center for Writing

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Tim Gustafson, Senior Lecturer, will serve as Interim Center for Writing Director starting June 1, 2023, through May 2024.

Dr. Gustafson has worked in various roles in the Center for Writing over the past two decades and is very familiar with the Center’s mission, program, and staff. His experience includes serving as an instructor and administrator in the First-Year Writing program, working as a consultant for Student Writing Support (SWS), serving as an instructor in Preparing Future Faculty and Practicum in the Teaching of English, and working in the Teaching With Writing (TWW) and Writing Enriched Curriculum (WEC) programs. Dr. Gustafson will provide steady leadership and will be an excellent advocate for the Center for Writing during this transitional time.
