Bu Awarded Grant to Study Commonalities of Minority Ingroup Identities

Wen Bu, graduate student in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota, was recently awarded a grant of $1,000 from The Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues, for her research on minority group identities and political attitudes. The study is titled, “Common Minority Ingroup Identity & Political Attitudes: Priming Asian Americans' Identification as People of Color,” and will continue her ongoing dissertation research.
